Semester Meeting

All the members of the Executive Committee and most of the task leaders (for active tasks) are expected to come and participate in this meeting. All members and end-users are invited to attend the meeting and they are all welcome.

The access rules of the EC building require that each participant sends a message via e-mail to Arjan Plompen (arjan.plompen@ec.europa.eu) (responsable of the local organization) with copy to Mercedes Masedo (mercedes.masedo@ciemat.es). The message should be sent 3 days before the meeting the latest and should contain the following information:

    1) first and last names as indicated in the passport,

    2) date and place of birth,

    3) number of Passport or Identity Card that will be used to attend the meeting.

      WP1 Status of WP1. Detailled information on the following specific tasks will be presented: 1.1a , 1.1b, 1.1c (presentation, notes), 1.2a, 1.2c, 1.2e (presentation, report), 1.3b, 1.3c, 1.3d, 1.3f, 1.4a.
      WP2 Status of WP2. Detailled information on the following specific tasks will be presented: 4.22, 4.24.
      WP3 Status of WP3. Detailled information on CIEMAT activities in WP3 will be presented.
      WP4 Status of WP4.
      WP5+WP6 Status of WP5 and WP6.
